We start with a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to learn about your goals, answer questions, and explore ideas for your project. This initial conversation helps us understand your vision and determine the best direction before stepping on-site.
If you’d like to move forward, we offer an on-site consultation for a nominal fee, where we visit your property, evaluate the layout, grading, and surrounding landscape, and begin shaping a personalized design plan. During this visit, we’ll discuss placement, size, features, and budget considerations while offering expert recommendations based on your space.
If you choose to proceed with installation, the consultation fee is applied toward your project total, making it a seamless step toward bringing your water feature to life.

Once your design is finalized, the transformation begins.
We start by carefully shaping the earth, excavating the space that will become the foundation of your water feature. As the hole takes shape, we also set the skimmer and biofalls into the ground, establishing the essential framework for circulation and filtration. What begins as an empty patch of yard quickly transforms as we define depth, flow, and structure.
Next, we install a protective underlayment and liner, creating the hidden framework that ensures your pond is built to last. With the foundation in place, the artistry begins.
One by one, we place each stone and boulder, sculpting a natural landscape that feels as though it has always belonged there. Waterfalls take shape, edges soften, and the feature begins to come alive.
As we begin filling the pond with water, everything settles into place, revealing the true scale and presence of the design. The sound of water starts to emerge, subtle at first, hinting at what’s to come.
We then complete the scene with landscaping, blending the feature seamlessly into its surroundings with gravel, plants, and finishing touches that tie everything together.
